材料:绿豆八两, 陈皮1/2个,海带二两,冰糖四两,水八杯或适量。 做法:绿豆洗净浸二十分钟,海带浸软切丝,陈皮浸软刮去瓤;放陈皮在水中煲滚,加入绿豆海带,大火十分钟,小火煲至绿豆溶化放冰糖即可。
