制作米粉

mike2000 (风筝)
1.把米放进水中浸泡1-2小时,捞出,沥干水。
2.用擀面棍将米碾碎。
3.锅里放一点点油,将米粉抄成金黄色即可。
注意:一定要沥干水,否则,进行第2步的时候,就会年成“米浆”了。
可一次多做一点,用密封的器皿储存起来(防潮)。
