年年有鱼是当然不能少的,来一个:五分鱼

买活鱼1.4磅,清理干净提回家.
准备葱,姜,蒜.,胡乱切几段(也许不切开更好).
把鱼放盘里,葱姜蒜多放一些,盖上保鲜膜,放入微波炉,用猛火3分钟.
取出后鱼身浇生抽,
然后把油烧到足够热,再往鱼身上一浇,听到"刺拉"一声.
好了,端上桌吧,这就是压轴菜.
