还是吃点冰糖炖雪梨吧:把雪梨洗净,不用销皮,切块去心,放进炖盅,加开水和冰糖,最好再加些川贝或雪哈膏。隔水炖两个小时,早晚一次。(晚上多炖点,吃剩的放冰霜第二天早上吃。
