我看应该在处理环节。超市三文鱼只是一般处理,比如刀、板共用,存运环境很普通。寿司店应该处理专业些,比如专用的刀,选用空运的活鱼等。具体我不清楚。但我感觉超市三文鱼很腥,跟寿司店完全不同。我问过香港人,没人生吃超市的。
