Day 1, Whistler. You can go with a local tourist group. The price ranges from 16 to 20+. Whistler is one of the top ski resorts in north America. The view alone the Sea to Sky highway is gorgeous.

Day 3, Fishers' Wharf in Richmond and Peace Arch Park in White Rock.
