i want to borrow money from a back. i told a bank that i have 1 billion dollars to prove my credibility. so i get the money from the bank successfully. i really have the 1 billion dollar. i am not cheating. but i haven't told the poor bank that it is not USD, nor even the japanese yen. it is the kind of note not issued by any country. it actually can be printed by any body, and it can't buy anything. people usualy burn that note to send to the people in heaven(or hell) so that they can enjoy life in the other world.
