因为血糯米的皮比白糯米厚很多,所以煮法有些区别。

1、提前用水泡(最好泡上一晚);2、多加水,因为熬的时间要长,所以要多加些水,如果用高压锅就不用加太多;3、大火烧开水后转小火慢熬,最好是用高压锅或沙锅,这样会更糥。
