1. GTA is the most convenient place you can find in Ontario, i.e. food, public transportation, education resource, Chinese community. forget about telephone bill, rent, your road test.

2. Even you save rent, but pay more on other mandantory needs

3. If you are sure you can get a car within three month, you have the choice, otherwise stay in Toronto.

4. You have a 7-year old, and a coming new-born, If you have to spend 3000$ more in first six months in Canada, so be it!

I live in Mississauga, without a car, could be tough.
