接葫芦! All purpose面粉4杯,1 teaspoon yeast,2 eggs, 牛奶1杯,3tablespoon白糖,使劲揉,加盖,27C下放2~3hrs就发好了,再揉10~15min,切小,静放20min后蒸20~30min,关火,等10min后开锅,结束。
