蜜汁牛仔骨

snowbird (snowbird)
材料:
牛仔骨 4块约9两重,干葱6粒

腌料:
胡椒粉 1汤匙,生抽2茶匙

调味料:
生抽1汤匙,糖1。5茶匙

做法:
1。牛仔骨解冻,每块切成两块,放入腌料
2。将牛仔骨放入热油中走油或煎至金黄色捞起,淋干油分
3。切碎干葱,用少些油炒至香,放入调味料煮成蜜汁
4。将牛仔骨放入蜜汁中拌匀即可上碟。
