自制卤水干子,不费事,但费油。

沙城小,华人少,因此中国食品都较贵。可是想吃又想省钱,因此就自己试着做干子,味道还不错。
Superstore买最老的豆腐,切成薄片,放入滚油中,改中火,用油煎至两边发黄捞起。再将干子放入卤水中卤至入味即可。
