酸菜略洗,控水;五花肉切片儿(一定得有肥肉, 否则不香),粉条或粉丝泡软.用葱姜爆锅,下肉片儿炒至变色,加少许生抽,再加入酸菜,略炒后,加水,盐,爱喝汤可多加,不爱喝汤可少加.煮至入味(约15-20分钟吧),加入粉丝,再煮5分钟.最后加些鸡精就OK啦
