一直喜欢喝豆浆,也经常早晨磨都浆, 突然有个疑问,究竟是过滤后的豆浆营养价值高,还是剩下的豆渣营养价值高呢?

每晚抓一把黄豆(soya bean), 浸泡于冷水中, 第早, 倒掉浸泡一夜的水, 再用冷水洗黄豆, 取出磨豆浆机(blender), 清洗后, 加入黄豆, 冷水, 混合打碎, 拿出用纱布自制的过滤口袋, 过滤后烧开(浓淡自己调整),刮去泡沫, 加白糖 或蜜糖, 即饮亦可, 冷冻亦可.
可过滤口袋中的豆渣如何利用呢???
