What I just did last night: return the modem to rogers. :( I wait for more than a week. Try to contact their technical support but turn out nobody come to fix it.

I guess unless you have ppl at home in day time, otherwise it's hard to get their service. Everytime you call their hot line, you have to wait at least an hour to reach somebody who can really give you the answer. I am so bore to talk to them anymore.
