一般是猪蹄炖黄豆,一次加够水,文火炖很滋补.鸡腿如果要烤,建议先用盐,花椒,辣椒,料酒,丁香一点生抽腌一晚上(最少2小时),然后把上面的佐料冲掉弄干,抹一点色拉油,辣椒面,我有的时候放一些意大利seasoning,350-400度烤45分钟即可,中间翻一次面.
