冰糖肘子。肘子过一下滚水捞出,油半两烧热,将糖150克放入炒成糖色(煳了就苦了)加入肘子,VODKA,姜末、盐、八角、桂皮、花椒等少许。放入凉水,不要漠过肘子。高压20分钟后将汤收浓,放葱花入盘上桌。流口水了。
