After all these done, you can go back ASAP, and you won't lose anything although you take 3~4 years. In China, you will find many chances to develop youself.
Although my friends have higher degree and good salary, why do some of them generate the idea. I think it is easy to understand from the following points:
1)They want to do some meaningful things, and there are many chances for them in China. Aftert joining WTO, China needs many people who have foreign Ph.D., fluent English, many years work experience in world_wide famous companies. They hold these conditions.
2)Money is not first important, but it is essential. Canadian income tax is very high in the world. You will leave a little bit after you pay tax, EI, CPP, car insurance, mortgage etc. It is impossible to employ a children's nurse or housekeeper because expensive labour fee. You can easily get all these in China as long as you have good salary. Look like my friends, they can buy a good apartment after selling their house, and they get good payment in China(less than Canadian salary after convert into RMB).
3)Just feeling is very different. In China, they have many choices. They can select to become university's professors(so easy comparison with here), senior engineers in IT industry, Institute's research staff etc. They went abroad when they were less than 30 years old, many years past, and they felt they are tired and want to find a stable and safe life to do some research.更多精彩文章及讨论，请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
