3)You can send your daughter to morning class of kindergarden, and after school, send her to daycare(generally, you don't need to deliver your kid by yourself between them). The daycare will charge you $480/month in the Ottawa area.
4)You can take ESL course, and government maybe free take care your kid. Many new immigrants take this way, but you ought to be patience because there is a long waiting list, especially in big cities.
