也不见得. 我在Toronto花600多租1 bedroom (house, 独立出入), 到Ottawa租一1 bedroom apt. 要900多, 还特难找, 要不是sublet, 得等2个月才能入住. (现在好像空房多点了,但房租还上涨.)
