本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛我是在纽约的中国留学生,刚刚看到NBC在中国队进场时切到广告的镜头，我们几个同学无法抑制愤怒，我刚刚给NBC去了一封信，主要内容如下，希望你们支持我们。
Chinese people are out of anger to your stupid action!!!
We are a group of Chinese law students here in New York. We have been NBC fans for long time. But tonight we are deeply hurt by your Olymipic opening ceremony broadcasting. How could you shift to advertisement just when Chinese team came in? We may understand as a coincidence if you make this shift every several teams. But as to our observation, till now Chinese team is the only team being cut (the second advertisement was during a break). We have to take it as an intentional discrimination to our great nation.
We are waiting for an explanation resonding to this e-mail and a formal apology in your program. If we don't see them in 7 days, we shall send messages to all Chinese communities in New York and all over the states, asking them to make certain protests and boycot.
We do hope it is a mere technical mistake.
大意如下：中国人民对你们的愚蠢行为已出离愤怒
我们是一群在纽约学习法律的中国留学生，我们一向是NBC的观众。但今晚你们的冬奥会现场直播却深深地伤害了我们的感情，你们怎么可以在中国队进场的时候切换成广告？如果你们每隔几个国家就切广告，我们可以理解这只是一种巧合。但据我们的观察，中国队是到目前为止唯一被切掉的，(第二次切换是在中间休息时)。我们只能认为这是对我们伟大祖国的故意歧视行为。
我们在等待你们对此信的回复，及在电视节目中的正式道歉。如果在7天内没有回音，我们将知会纽约及全美的华人社区，请大家进行抗议和抵制。
我们希望这只是一次技术失误。
