疙瘩汤

弄一碗面,一边放凉水一边用筷子搅拌,使干面变成疙瘩。水不能一次放的太多,那样疙瘩太大不好吃。要一次一点的放,放完了就用筷子扒拉一阵。弄好之后,烧开水,放肉片,白菜丝,姜丝,要是有现成的肉汤更好。有肉片香味了,就放面疙瘩。放点生抽,味素,葱花,(还可以放一点香油)就可以米西米西啦。———我自己这么弄的,没受高人指点。味道不错的哦。
