Not in very fancy luxury condition but provide some simple furniture. If you are single and don't have big budget for your rent, you will like this place. Comfortable couch and cable TV in the living room. Your own phone jack if you want your own phone number, but you can share the existing phone with them. They can even cook for you if you don't have time to cook.
