对不起,我指的是不能坚持那种比较耗体力的运动如:打球跑步之类的。yoga posture比较缓慢,每天抽空10--20分钟做几个喜欢的动作,有空的时候可以花多点时间。整个过程是痛并快乐着:效果好了,也就能坚持下来。
