"坐月子”进补从2方面入手:1.补妈妈,红枣桂圆汤(补血补气),鸡汤(去油,不然的话,会变成一个胖妈妈);2.催奶:鱼汤,本人感觉尤其是猪蹄汤的效果最好(先熬好后再和其他蔬菜一起做不同的汤,不腻)。
