首先功课做好,话才能说到点子上,站在买家角度多分析,提建议,即使是缺点,买方也会权衡轻重,不一定就不买。而且看房子看多了买方也会烦,不用PUSH他们也会选择调整预期。关键是互相取得信任,大家都不傻,想得到对方信任,当然要以诚相待。
