刚到多市，租房时没有签合约，因暖气不足欲在住满一个月时搬家。房东在没入住前说啥时搬都可以并且退还押金，前天打电话房东答应退还押金，可昨天又说要扣一部分，至少要扣广告费。请问他们的要求合理吗？一般广告费多少钱？谢了先！
