To my understanding, whoever needs to earn his or her driving license must first have a G1 license, a G2 license before he or she can have his or her first fully privileged license. If I can exchange for a G1 license, I would not need to enroll in a driving class which might be expensive both in terms of time and money. What's more, I might not leave for Canada very soon. I can do a lot of driving practice in China.
