Well.... I will have to disagree with you. Ranking reflects a lot of things. UW's computer science is ranked No.1 in Canada. And when I look at the stuffs in UT and York, they are not even close to us in term

of hardness in the curriculum. A school is not ranked in No.1 for no reasons.
