I did that with my first pay stub and got my CIBC visa in two weeks. Then based on my CIBC visa, I got my first car loan at 6000$ another weeks after at Scotia Bank. Six months later I paid off my car load got another 20,000$ car loan at Scotia Bank again. Job offer doesn't mean any thing but the pay stub means you has been paid.
