谢谢所有DX的慷慨指点(所有经验已收入菜谱集了) !半只鸭子已经下肚,没有烤也没有煮,因为没时间在厨房陪它。做的是重庆姜爆鸭,用老姜替代指姜,比较牵强,但也解馋了!希望以后继续切磋咱的culinary skill!
