先用水打肉馅,加姜葱末,料酒,香油。。。如果懒得挤白菜的水,就打肉馅时候少放水,免得最后馅特别稀。等肉馅搅拌均匀而且比较粘以后,放白菜。搅呀搅搅呀搅,最后根据稀稠度,觉得加酱油还是盐。
