The Embassy will send you a letter later and let you(your wife) to come to ME centre and talk with the doctor whether to take X-ray with some protection mothod. If you decide to take it, it's OK. You will get the visa about 2months later. If not, remember to inform the Embassy as soon as your baby is born. Then wait for the ME form for your baby from the Embassy.(whether or not you decide to add your baby to your immigration application, that's needed.) Your wife can take X_ray the same day as your baby takes ME. Then you will have only a short time to prepare for your trip since your visa will expire soon. It's possible that you and your wife retake the ME to have longer time to prepare.
