I have been recruiting developers for serveral years, there is no
such thing that recruiters prefer female to males. Business is the business, recruiting is a very professional practice.

The two things I look at in a potential candidate are: technical skills and
comunication ability. Ladies, there is no faster way to get a good job than
studying hard and improving your English.
