I am not so sure how bad 'a small group of people' behaved
themselves in the forum and caused some inconvenience for
you. But I am definetely sure that it is this 'small group
of people' that helps answering most of the questions from
new comers that possibly include YOU! I feel sad.

Nobody is perfect. You can't expect there is always somebody
here ready to help you at anytime and forbit them from having
some small talks with each other.

Personally I suggest you be polite and patient.
