My 505 can take still pictures as a digital camera and store them into its built-in 2M memory, and then you can transfer them into you PC via RS232 port. But the image quality is poor. Now I capture the video by using the 1394 card to AVI file(quite big), then get images from it. It's much better than those taken in "digital camera" mode. Take a look on our FU BAI photos.
