I have tried "Guo1Tie1" with the "Dumpling wrap" from theChinese store. Not too bad.The only problem is that after I finished making, there is nothing left for me, --that's for four guests.

"GuoTie" is made with the flat pan--like fried dupmling. Don't need to worry about its open mouth. I'd like to introduce the details in the Weekend picnic.
