先把大块五花肉放八角,姜,花椒煮熟,但不要太烂,凉了以后切片。支炒锅,放油,下豆豉,辣椒,炒一下,

然后下肉片和蒜苗,加少许酱油,最后出锅前放葱姜蒜末,翻两下即可。 (如果放的是洋葱不是蒜苗的话,洋葱要放在肉前面先炒)。该方法纯属自悟,欢迎和大家探讨。
