这是个东北菜。主料是土豆和长茄子,辅料是炖红烧肉剩下的肉汤。土豆和茄子切成小块,下锅用油爆,然后加入肉汤慢慢炖,直到土豆和茄子炖烂。

味道好的关键:
1. 用的肉汤的油一定要多,其实其中的香味主要还是从炖肉里来的。
2. 临起锅的时候,加一点生的灯笼椒,这样吃起来有点脆劲。否则全部是粘呼呼的,影响食欲。
