再加一吃:皱纱蹄子

1。猪蹄置锅中加清水,葱姜茴香,用旺火煮沸,喷黄酒,用文火煮至软,沥干。
2。炒锅置油500克,烧至八成热,将猪蹄投入汞至皮成金黄色,捞起,立刻浸于冷水中。浸至皮发皱,捞起,入原汁,加酱油糖收汁。

虽然麻烦,但因油走掉了,自觉比单红烧的好吃。
