这种鱼的吃法是:不用把肚子里的东西掏出,因为里面除了鱼子之外并没什么内脏,只要把鳃去掉就行,然后下少许盐稍微腌一下,什么也不用沾就下油锅炸。上桌时切些新鲜柠檬置旁边,吃时挤些柠檬汁在上面即可。记住要边挤边吃。说得自己都留口水了。。呵。。
