In most cases, your parents' visa application will be denied because the US consular officers would think your parents are just temporary visitors to Canada and they should return to China to do their US visa application.

A friend of mine has 10-year multi-entry B1/B2 visa and wants to take her parents to the States for sightseeing. Bur her parents' application was rejected.
