He has been in the United States for more than 10 years. He got his MS degree in 1991 in Ohio. At that time, his English was still a big problem. After many efforts, he got his first job in USA--- being a programmer. However, he had great difficulties in understanding others. Whatever his manager said, he always responded "OK". One day, his manager suddenly asked him: "What do you mean by OK?" Since that incidence, he became very self-motivated in learning English. And now he is a successful businessman though his English is still with strong accents.
