Try AlloStop...sigh, I just found out they were forced to close business in Ontario, but still open in Quebec.

Well, my friends and I used the service for twice several years ago between Quebec City and Montreal. It only charged 1 person 15 bucks(6 to AlloStop, 9 to driver). www.allostop.ca
