我炸的酱是用黄豆酱,酱太干的话用水稍微稀释一下,然后锅里放油,热后放入切碎的青椒和葱花,出香味后到如大酱,烧开后起锅,用来沾黄瓜、生菜、婆婆丁,小葱(太辣,我吃不了几口)
