RAVE is a kind of
informal, causual party held by volunteer teenagers and Djs. They are sort of in the twilight zone between legal and illegal activities, but usually cops don't bother to mess up with them. There would be lots of gorgeous young women in the party, most of whom would have taken a kind of narcotics called Ecastasy, or "E" for short. One of the effects of E is that it stimulates your body sense, thus it feels exetremely gratifying to be touched by other people.
