我上周末买了酒饼和糯米。淘尽糯米,将米蒸熟,洒上酒药,拌匀封缸。若干天后启盖。可惜酒只有一点点。另外,把酒酿(酒糟)去掉后,还有很多白色粉末沉淀在下面。 请问各位老前辈,水需要放多少才行?如何对付白色沉淀?
