In Toronto, there are a lot of very very old apartment whose condition is really
TERRIBLE. I think most guys in China can not image!!!
Transportation: 180(two monthly pass)
Food: 220-300
Communication: 100 Bell/Cable/Cell/Internet/Calling card etc
Other: 60
Normal condition:
living: 1200-1600(one bedroom in Condo, two bedroom in apartment up to 2-bedroom in Condo)
Tans: 400-500(morgage for new car0
170 car insurance
130 gas
Food: 400
Comm.: 100 the same as above
other: 200 for clothes, dinner outside, entertainment
This is the basic expense for a basic life in Canada.
if you earn $60,000, then you can take home around 3,200-3,300 monthly. Oh, man
you can only buy corolla/civic--micro cars, living in one/two bedroom, feel very expensive for $40 dinner
