听说有几个省参加了联邦的特选移民计划（Nominated Immigrant Program），这几个省其中就包括了卑诗省（温哥华就在卑诗省）。在申请程序上和其他没有参加此计划的省还是有相当区别的。我是参加联邦评分的，申请地是温哥华，请问有何区别，有利否？
