hmm....the right question for the right person.. I have been looking around for a while, and have done my homework. The best ones are(zero tax rates): Virgin islands, cook islands(nice weather! dude :)) ) Monaco, Panama.. low and flat tax countries:

Taiwan, Hongkong.... Japan.
Mainland China
Almost as idiotic as Canada but a little bit better: some states in US with
low or zero state tax rate.
